It is 59.5 feet southeast of the centerline of Windmill Point Rd. 40.5 feet southeast of a green Verizon Telephone box, 14.0 feet northeast of telephone pole # 631F252 with a orange witness post at its base. It is a stainless steel rod inside an aluminum logo cap and cover stamped 6580 J 2011 set 0.4 feet below the ground.
